Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Woody's Pools, in partnership with Nevergreen Pools (collectively, "Woody's Pools," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website, submit a form, call or text us, or use our pool maintenance, repair, and related services ("Services"). By using our website or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, service or property address, details about your pool or equipment, scheduling preferences, and any messages or information you submit through our website forms, by phone, by text, or by email.
  • Payment information. When you pay for Services, payment is processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of visits, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • Service records. Notes, water readings, and photographs of your pool, equipment, and water condition captured by our technicians during service visits.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule and perform Services;
  • To communicate with you about your account, appointments, service updates, and billing;
  • To process payments and maintain business and service records;
  • To send you marketing and promotional messages where permitted by law and where you have not opted out;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and Services;
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile number to us — for example, by submitting a form or requesting service — you consent to receive calls and SMS/text messages from Woody's Pools, including appointment, service, and account messages, and, where you opt in, marketing messages.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Service.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, your opt-in, or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our pages. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties for analytics and advertising purposes. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as customer-relationship and scheduling platforms, payment processors, email and text-message providers, hosting, and analytics providers. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Nevergreen Pools. With our operating partner Nevergreen Pools for the purpose of delivering and supporting your Services.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Woody's Pools, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

Certain uses of cookies and tracking technologies for analytics or advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws. See Section 8 for how to opt out.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Services, maintain business and service records, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • Request access to or a copy of your personal information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will verify your request before responding and will not discriminate against you for making a request. You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) setting. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device that transmits the signal.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
